About This Visa
Indian ordinary-passport holders: Monaco does not issue its own tourist visa. Monaco is not a Schengen state, but short-stay entry is handled by France. If Monaco is the main destination, they file a France-Visas Schengen C; the French consulate issues a Schengen visa valid for Monaco and Schengen after the Monegasque authorities agree. A Schengen C already valid for France also covers Monaco. People allowed into metropolitan France without a visa may enter Monaco without a separate visa.
Usual staff path: https://france-visas.gouv.fr, then VFS as France-Visas / the French Embassy in India names. Do not use visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/fra — it does not load. Do not invent a Monegasque visa counter in Delhi.
