Andorra does not issue a tourist visa. Time is the France or Spain Schengen C they file (see those records). Usual Schengen clock: 15 calendar days, up to 45.
Stay period
No Andorran visa for a holiday. Entering Andorra leaves Schengen. They still need a valid double or multiple Schengen C to go back into France or Spain.
Validity
As on the France or Spain Schengen sticker. Single-entry is not enough if they leave Schengen into Andorra and must re-enter.

About This Visa
Indian ordinary-passport holders: Andorra does not require an Andorran visa. Andorra is not Schengen and not EU. The only land access is France or Spain, so they need a Schengen C from the country they enter Schengen through (France or Spain embassy/consulate in India). Non-EU: double or multiple entry — entering Andorra is leaving Schengen, then they must re-enter.
There is no Andorran embassy in India. Do not send a file to the Honorary Consul of India in Andorra la Vella — that post is for Indian consular help in Andorra, not Andorran visas. Quote France or Spain Schengen copy for forms, VFS, and EUR 90. Do not use dead VFS URLs.

- Valid passport
- Double-entry or multiple Schengen C (France or Spain, matching the first Schengen entry). Single-entry is not enough to return from Andorra into Schengen
- Minors with parents: valid passport (or ID). Being on a parent’s passport is allowed, not required
- Unaccompanied minor, or travelling with someone who is not a parent: passport (or ID plus written parental authorisation). Many states issue that authorisation at a police station — check India rules
- Hotel, funds, insurance, and the rest: as on the France or Spain C checklist they actually file
