Kosovo

Indian ordinary-passport holders need a Kosovo C unless they already hold a valid multiple-entry Schengen visa or a biometric Schengen residence permit (that exemption is a separate 15-day path). Kosovo is not Schengen and has no embassy in India.

Usual staff path: Consulate General in Istanbul (Vali Konağı Cad. No: 74 D 3, Nişantaşı) · visa.ist@rks-gov.net. Use the MFA type C form. Do not send them to unofficial “Kosovo e-visa” agencies.

MFA consular forms — type C

• Signed short-stay C form (MFA download)
• Passport and purpose papers as the Istanbul Consulate General asks
• Visiting relatives or friends: host details as that mission asks

Confirm the current list by email before they fly to lodge. There is no New Delhi counter.

Use this only if they already hold a valid biometric Schengen residence permit or a valid multiple-entry Schengen visa. MFA: they may enter, transit, or stay in Kosovo for up to 15 days without a Kosovo visa.

Ordinary Indian passports without that Schengen paper still need the Istanbul C file.
