Rules and notes that apply to every visa type

How to apply

  1. If they qualify for visa-free: travel with the original multiple Schengen / EU / US visa or permit. No BiH sticker.
  2. Otherwise: Type C at the Embassy in New Delhi. Confirm the slot with the mission (MEA lists the chancery; do not use unofficial embassy websites).

Who can apply

  • Indian ordinary-passport holders: Type C unless they hold a qualifying multiple Schengen / EU / US visa or residence (then visa-free at the border, max 30 days in a row).
  • India is not on the FIPA ordinary-passport visa-free list. Do not quote that list to clients.
