About This Visa
Indian ordinary-passport holders need a Schengen C. Usual staff path: VisaOnWeb, then VFS. TLS is not the India partner. The Embassy or Consulate General decides; some files go to Immigration Office in Brussels.
Create an account at https://visaonweb.diplomatie.be. The electronic form is valid 30 days — they must confirm it at VFS in that window or it is deleted. Print the form. Photo is taken live at VFS. Fingerprints for C unless already in VIS from the last 59 months (under 12: no fingerprints). Pay EUR 90 in INR plus VFS INR 2,750. Only official passports, EU-citizen family, and Embassy-named VIPs skip VFS and file at the mission.
