Processing time

Must hold an approval letter before travel. Portal does not print a fixed decision clock — leave time for review and extras.

Stay period

Ordinary visitors / tourists: up to 90 days free visit in any 12 months from first entry (may need free extensions at an Immigration office).

Validity

Single, double, and multiple: valid for 90 days from first issuance (entry window, not the stay length). Approval letter valid 90 days from issuance.

About This Visa

Indian ordinary-passport holders need a visa before travel. Usual staff path: register on https://eservices.zambiaimmigration.gov.zm, file Form 16, pay by card, wait for the approval letter, then travel with the letter and receipt.

Do not send them as visa-on-arrival. Do not sell KAZA Univisa as the India default — India is not on the published KAZA nationality list. Under 16 cannot file their own e-Visa; add them on an adult’s application.

Tourist e-Visa (jpeg / tiff / png)

Passport-size photo (clear; do not upload the passport bio photo as the portrait)
Passport copy
Signed cover letter to the Director General of Immigration
Hotel booking
Return air ticket copy
Pay online; keep the receipt — it is not entry authority. Wait for the approval letter

How to apply

https://eservices.zambiaimmigration.gov.zm — register, then Apply for Visa (Form 16).
Upload tourist papers in jpeg / tiff / png. Allow pop-ups for card payment.
Track in My Workplace. Print the approval letter and receipt for the border.

Who can apply

Indian ordinary passports: prior clearance on eServices. Approval letter before boarding.
Under 16: only as an addition on an adult e-Visa file.
KAZA Univisa: not for India on the Immigration list.
