About This Visa

Indian ordinary-passport holders need a Venezuelan Tourist visa (Visa de Turista — T) before travel. India does not appear on MPPRE’s list of nationalities exempt from a tourist visa for air entry. The visa covers recreation, leisure, health, or other unpaid activities — not paid work.

Staff path in India: contact the Embassy of Venezuela in New Delhi (consular section by appointment) and follow their current channel — classic paper recaudos on the Embassy tourist page and/or an online file on Cancillería Digital (https://cancilleriadigital.mppre.gob.ve/login) as MPPRE manuals now direct. Non-migrant stay under the Migration Law is up to 90 days, with one possible 90-day extension through SAIME. Consular fee is not published as a single global figure on the India Embassy or MPPRE tourist requisitos page — MPPRE says ask the mission / follow the portal payment step.
