Stay period

About This Visa
Indian nationals need a Panamanian visa unless they qualify under Executive Decree 521 (as amended). Consulate General of Panama in Mumbai: holders of a Residence Card or a valid multiple-entry visa that has already been used in the issuing country — from Canada, the United States, Australia, Korea, Japan, the United Kingdom, Singapore or any EU state — with at least six months’ remaining validity on entry, may enter Panama as tourists without a Panamanian visa.
Embassy of India Panama relays the same core list (Canada, US, Australia, Korea, Japan, UK, EU) under Executive Decree 196 of 28 October 2024. Carry passport (6+ months), the qualifying visa / residence proof, US$500 solvency evidence and return tickets.
