About This Visa

Indian ordinary-passport holders need a visa for Namibia. India is visa-exempt only for diplomatic and official passports — not ordinary.

Namibia also runs visa on arrival for certain nationalities. India is not on those lists — do not send ordinary Indian passports to the border for VOA. Usual holiday path: Holiday Visa online at https://eservices.mhaiss.gov.na before travel.

Tourist / holiday fee: NAD 1,600 for non-African countries (India); NAD 1,200 for African countries. Visas valid 90 days from issue; visitor entry permit up to 90 days in a calendar year. Download and print the approved e-Visa; sign the arrival section in front of an Immigration Officer.

About This Visa

High Commission of Namibia in New Delhi still issues visitor visas. Prefer the online Holiday Visa when possible. Mission lodge: about 10 working days — confirm hours, fee, and checklist by phone or email before lodging.

Holiday e-Visa: https://eservices.mhaiss.gov.na — Holiday Visa; pay NAD 1,600 (non-African adult); print approval.
Or lodge Tourist Visa at High Commission New Delhi — confirm fee and checklist with the mission.
Travel with passport (6+ months), printed e-Visa or sticker, funds, accommodation, and insurance as required.

Who can apply

Indian ordinary passports: Holiday Visa (e-Visa) before travel, or Tourist Visa at High Commission New Delhi.
Not visa-free on ordinary passports.
VOA exists for listed nationalities only — India ordinary is not on those lists. Do not use VOA for Indian ordinary clients.
