About This Visa
Indian ordinary-passport holders visiting the Federated States of Micronesia for 30 days or less do not need an entry permit under Title 50 of the FSM Code (and the FSM Embassy Washington summary). The officer still decides admission.
A stay over 30 days needs an entry permit. For nationalities other than the United States, Palau and the Marshall Islands, that permit must not exceed 90 days. US / Palau / RMI may be issued a permit up to 365 days / one year on the Embassy page.
This is not a work visa. Do not quote a Compact visa-free year for an Indian tourist.
