About This Visa
Indian ordinary-passport holders need a visa for Mali. From 11 March 2025, all applications go through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs digital portal at https://www.diplomatiemdc.gouv.ml/vitrine/. The portal sends the file to the competent Malian embassy or consulate for the country of residence (New Delhi for India).
Portal path: create an account, choose visa type, complete the form, upload PDF/JPG papers, book an appointment if asked, pay the fee, then collect / receive the visa. Handwritten or paper-only files are not accepted unless filed through the portal.
Yellow fever vaccination card is on the New Delhi document list. Quote only the fee shown on the portal or confirmed by the embassy.
