About This Visa

Indian ordinary-passport holders need a visa. They are not visa-free. Usual tourist path: official MOI portal https://kuwaitvisa.moi.gov.kw. Tourism only. No work. Leave when the visit period ends.

Check eligibility on that portal. The public pages do not print an India nationality list. Fees vary by nationality and are not refunded. Pay only on the official site.

Same MOI portal. Use this only for a family visit, not a tour. Same passport, stay, and no-work rules as the tourist visa on the instructions page.

Do not treat embassy “oath” papers as kinship proof unless the portal asks for them. Follow the form on https://kuwaitvisa.moi.gov.kw.

Create an account, choose tourist or family visit, upload the papers, pay the fee the checkout shows.
Track the application on that site. Fees are not refunded.

Who can apply

Indian ordinary-passport holders need a visa.
Usual staff path: tourist e-Visa on https://kuwaitvisa.moi.gov.kw if the portal accepts the file.
Family visit is a different product on the same site.
No work on these visit visas.
