About This Visa
Indian ordinary-passport holders can use visa on arrival for Guinea-Bissau. India’s Ministry of External Affairs lists the facility as valid for 90 days at a fee of USD 100.
MEA also says it is always advisable to get an authorisation to enter, issued by the Ministry of Interior on the request of the host or employer in Guinea-Bissau. Prefer that letter before the client flies — do not treat walk-up VOA alone as a sold package guarantee.
Documents Required
At entry
- Visa on arrival fee: USD 100
- Authorisation from the Ministry of Interior (host or employer request) — strongly advised before travel
Carry cash for the fee at the border. Confirm any extra papers the airline or immigration asks for on the day of travel.
