About This Visa
Indian ordinary-passport holders need a Salvadoran visa or Special Entry Permit (PEI) before travel. On the Ministry of Foreign Affairs country table, India is Categoría B — consular visa (or without consulta) for ordinary passports.
There is no Salvadoran consulate in India. Migración's PEI portal is the practical path: register, upload papers, pay USD 100, wait for email. If approved, the PEI is stamped in the passport on entry. Tourism, family visit, medical, events and similar short purposes are covered in Migración's PEI description.
