1.       No Cars are allowed to move inside Gulmarg area, due to issue of horse owner’s association.

2.       We are not responsible for any local dealing of client with Local market vendors or pony walas or Local guide in Gulmarg.

3.       Last day we count as drop only, if client do any sightseen on last day it will be extra.

4.       If it is about disposal, car will be on disposal from 09:00 am to 05:30 pm with 1 place sightseen.

5.       If there is night stay in Gulmarg then car will drop client at hotel and if there is a day trip the car will drop the client at parking.

6.      For Sonamarg visit during heavy snowfall vehicles go till Gagangir whichis10km's away from Sonamarg. In this case we will provide stay in Srinagar and day visit to Sonamarg as hotels in Sonamarg close their operations after October.

50% advance at the time of booking

Full Payment must be received before 15 days of your Arrival date. Without full payment one cannot commence their trip. No Exception Accepted.

75% refunds for cancellation received 30 days or more in advance.

50% refunds for cancellation received 15 days in advance or more.

No refund for cancellation received less than 15 days in advance.

This Confirmation is granted only after 25% of the Package Amount is deposited, the rest of the 75% must be deposited before check out.

If client have to cancel his/her trip due to medical reason he/she must show medical doc.

Refund can be given in Bank Transfer or Credit notes (depends on Hotel or Airline polices)

If Credit not issued against booking will be redeem for next booking only

Credit notes cannot be converted into cash or bank transfer

Flight or Train cancellations are subject of Airline and Railway policy we are not responsible for flight or train cancellation

Refund of flight and train cancellations will be as per railway and airline rules

Web check-in must be done by client before 24hrs of flight departure time

Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.

For all complaints, suits, claims or disputes of whatsoever nature relating to any products offered by Cruise Holiday, will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of Court of Surat.
